The road of Education is a perilous Road. But it is also a gratifying road as we seek to make a difference every day by coaching, mentoring, serving as voices of reason and insuring that we Motivate, Empower, Advocate and Lead constantly and consistently. I see this as the essence of Education as I reflected upon this simple yet powerful admonition:
