Action for Today:
Take one bad habit and one good habit you thought about on Tuesday.
Write them down if you haven’t already.

Now take that piece of paper and throughout the day, every time you do each habit, put a tally mark next to it.
At the end of the day, look at your piece of paper.
How hard was it to not do the bad habit?
And the good one?
